We developed Plisse 28 with high quality principle in mind. We perfomed an extensive R&D operation including observing the issues faced during applications and usage of plisse screens. We solved a substantial amount of these issues. Due to these comprehensive studying, we managed to create Plisse 28.

Plisse 28 can be used with all types of doors. It works in horizontal manner. Pleated mesh and guy ropes used in Plisse 28 is originated from Japan.

Pleated mesh is coated with PE(polyethylene) over the PP(polypropylene). This maintains the same durability at different weather conditions. We recommend using Polyesther mesh in countries where it reaches 40°C. PP-PE meshes could be washed where, polyesther meshes could be wiped. Mesh colors are black and gray. Number of pores: 18×20 pores/inch.

Guy ropes are first class polyesther and it provides stability and stiffness to the mesh. It works freely with the special bearing system. Profiles are carefully designed with attentive calculations to be simple, sufficiently robust and majorly practical.

There is 1 type of frame profile and 1 type of pulling profile in the system. Additionally, there is an option for 2 different threshold profiles.

Threshold Profiles:
a) One ramped eloxal threshold profile: In case there are doorsill or marble piece on the floor, threshold profiles with 2 cm height are used. The profile is perperdicular triangle fitted right into its place which makes walking on it easier. It is resistant for getting smashed and deformed.

b) Double ramped eloxal threshold profile: In case there are doorsill or marble piece on the floor, threshold profiles with 1 cm height are used. The profile is perperdicular triangle to each side fitted right into its place which makes walking on it easier. It is resistant for getting smashed and deformed. Plisse 28 can be used with all window frames (PVC, wooden, aluminum) easily.

On regular doors horizontal plisse, and on wider doors, plisse with tray can be used.

Plisse 17 is created to solve issues regarding Plisse 28, where it is hard to install on shuttered or wrought iron fenced window frames.
